Many leaders arrive at mid-career — or at the edge of burnout — with a quiet but persistent question: Why am I doing this? The external markers of success are in place, but something is missing.
This module addresses that question directly. Through a guided values clarification process, participants identify what they care about most deeply — and examine whether their current leadership practice reflects those values or contradicts them.
Participants then craft a personal leadership philosophy: a concise, honest statement of who they are as a leader, what they stand for, and how they intend to show up. This is not a corporate mission statement. It is a private compass — designed to be revisited at moments of pressure, doubt, or decision.
