Executive presence is one of the most cited and least understood leadership qualities. Most leaders know they want more of it. Few know how to build it intentionally.
This module unpacks presence into its practical components: how you carry yourself physically, how you speak with authority and conviction, and how your personal leadership identity projects confidence and credibility. Crucially, we explore what authentic presence looks like across different cultural contexts — because what reads as confident in Berlin may read as arrogant in Bangkok.
Participants work with video reflection, peer feedback, and structured exercises to identify and shift the specific habits that undermine their presence — and to amplify the qualities that already make them compelling leaders.
